They gave us the family suite so we wouldn’t have to bring our luggage upstairs. Hilary made the most perfect breakfast and it was so lovely to chat with her. "The location was good, very close to walk to many restaurants/pubs. They offered parking, and had laundry facility. It was quite comfortable for 2 couples or a small family. "

"The stay was very good. My only slight criticism was that the digital check-in details, in which I gave details about my arrival and a request for a first floor room didn’t appear to have made it to the reception staff. The actual check-in receptionist was very good. "

"Stayed here for one night. Room was immaculate with large slipper bath & walk in shower. Plenty of tea & coffee provided & 2 bottles of water. Yhe ki g size bed was really comfortable. The full English breakfast was freshly cooked hot & very tasty. All the staff were very efficient & friendly. Would thoroughly recommend staying here."
