"We had local friends visit and we were charged for them to use the pool... We had 4 people staying in our room and four people swam ... Not the same 4... But were charged $21 for our 3 friends to swim. However a family later came and did same thing never paid... But appeared only 1 person was staying at hotel but 2 kids swam but left at 945."

"My husband and I stayed for one night over the weekend. I would call our stay "okay". It met our needs to have somewhere to stay for the night. The bed was not particularly comfortable, the pillows were square and small and not ideal for sleeping, and both my husband and I took showers during our stay and the water never got warm for either of us. We did find the location convenient and the room clean with plenty of space for us."

"This place was unfit to stay in. Once we saw the property we insisted on canceling our reservations. They Have holes in the curtains, tarps on the roof, the sign is falling apart, and it looks like dogs have licked the windows. It was not safe with no security entrances. I had booked 3 rooms for extended family to stay in. The pictures on Hotels.com are false advertisement. When I called the front desk for a refund before check in they refused to refund it and said I needed to call and speak with hotels.com come. I did this, they called the front desk and twice received not answer and on the third time were hung up on. I called back two days later, insisted on specking to a supervisor for hotels.com, I have a case number and proof that the property was unfit. they promised a call back, and two weeks later, NOTHING. They do not represent Windham in a respectful manner. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL."
