"Clean rooms. Cable "

"I specifically paid extra for the room that said "jetted tub" in the listing. Upon arrival, there was no jetted tub in the room, just a shower. I called the front desk to complain and they said they recently renovated the rooms and removed the tub and said I could use the public hot tub. The only compensation offered was a free breakfast but it was only for one specific meal from their menu with eggs and my girlfriend cannot eat eggs. Thankfully the exceptionally kind staff at the restaurant accommodated us. I checked the reviews and I am not the first person to complain about there being no tub in the room. It's unacceptable that the listing has not been changed yet. It is false advertising. The room was nice but I would have selected a cheaper room if I knew there was no tub and I should have been offered more than just free breakfast in compensation. "

"They had lots of great activities for the kids and the staff were great. We unfortunately, had a room in a stairwell and this made sleeping next to impossible. Not sure why they planned on putting a room in a stairwell, but not ideal whatsoever. Each time someone opened the stairwell door, it sounded like someone was trying to come into our room."

"The room was clean a little outdated but had a coffee station which is always nice . I loved that there was dove hand soap, shampoo & conditioners and body wash in the bathroom. Also the blow dryer is good. The curtains were good except the little gap when closed but was good. I have been here many times this room was different from one I had before with the little living room but was just as comfortable. Loved the breakfast in the main area of the hotel. It was a hot breakfast and good and the staff were very nice. I should mention the rooms had ample plugs for both laptops and phone chargers and CPAPS if you carry one like myself. "
