"Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again."

"The bedroom was really old, tired and dirty. It didn’t look as advertised, and I was disappointed. It was very dusty, particularly on lamps and surfaces. The wardrobe also didn’t open properly. The sheets on the bed were ripped at the side seams, and had stains on them. I phone several times in advance of booking to enquire about breakfast in the room, and everyone I spoke to was so unhelpful. "Beautiful entrance, bar and terrace. All extensions sympathetically mirroring the original house with modern facilities. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfy beds! The air conditioning was noisy but you could turn it off. Staff all very helpful. Overall a very good choice for a two night stay nearby local attractions."

"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant."
