"The property looks like a five star hotel but unfortunately it is not. It is understaffed, staff are not always helpful…(some staff are excellent but clearly too far stretched) whilst others are poor.A leaking shower base meant my trousers got wet, instead of offering to sort them (as I would expect for a conde Nast hotel) I was told to dry them with a hairdryer. No turn down service, and we were offered a free drink to compensate, asked for baileys - but there was a huge problem with that and...

"The check in was okay, but don't expect your room to be ready early-- everyone was waiting in the lobby for their rooms. The room we received wasn't very good, it was a 5-7 minute walk up and down 2 elevators from the lobby and it was a maze to get there. Many of the guests were getting lost on how to get back to the lobby. The room was nice and spacious, but the bathroom had a cup that was left uncleaned from another guest and the pillows were the synthetic type that go flat when you put...
