"Vi ankom til hotellet og fik værelsesnummer og info om morgenmad. Det var det. Vi fik ikke af vide noget om hotellets restauranter, bowling osv. det ville vi have benyttet hvis vi vidste dette. På trods af at jeg havde skrevet “ønsker så højt som muligt og bedst mulig udsigt” flere uger i forvejen fik vi først værelse på 4.sal hvor man knap kunne se Themsen. Vi gik ned og fik byttet til et værelse på 10. etage men med udsigt udover byen. Det var bedre men jo ikke det vi havde bestilt værelset...

"Really well positioned for shopping and eating at Battersea Power Station and surrounds. Friendly staff and wonderfully clean. Rooftop pool is spectacular and just warm enough even on a cold day (even if getting out is horrendous!). The room was nice - well soundproofed from the passing trains - but the bathroom is really badly laid out… nowhere to put anything, nowhere to hang a hand towel. Very odd. Not their fault, but also not as convenient for the west of central London as you’d think...
