"Stayed 2 nights, false fire alarm went off twice, the first time being 6am in the morning. Had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs to stand outside for 20 minutes only to be told that it was a false alarm caused by steam. Staff on reception very rude and unhelpful. Made me feel very unwelcome and embarrassed. Rest assured I will be telling everyone I know about this awful awful experience."

"Reception staff really lovely always well mannered, very easy understanding of the key code and how to access the door etc. although I had a short stay the room was slightly dusty, I wish there was a mini fridge, robes and toothpaste/toothbrushes in the room. However any time I called the front desk the staff were amazing :) will definitely stay again"

"We stayed for 6 nights. It’s one of London’s older neighborhoods and the building is old as well. The staff were truly friendly and welcoming and we loved it. Breakfast is available and was tasty. The only reason I gave it a lower rating is because the floors at the hotel are really old. Because the building is old it probably gave way and the floors, even on the ground level, was tilting to one side. You can feel it in the bathroom and the toilet. The floor was cracking a lot and walking was...
