"Comfortable and clean room, perfect for our family of 3. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Great location for Victoria Station and easily walkable to restaurants and other attractions. The only thing I didn’t expect was our room being in an annexe across the street, which made it less appealing to use the lounge to relax in, so we stayed in our room when we wanted a rest. "

"There was a wide selection at the buffet breakfast. I had no issues with the internet connectivity. However, a member of my party did as she could not get internet service on most days or continuous service on others."

"The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient. Loved the place and will be back again"

"Arrived in our room and were immediately disappointed with the quality of the accommodation, the wood furniture was worn and chipped in some places and had a metal screw pointing outwards to keep a cupboard closed, which could have caught someone’s leg. We asked to change the room which the helpful receptionist did, which was slightly better and whilst the furniture was still tired and worn, at least it was safe enough. On a positive note, the view from the room we chose was great overlooking the impressive Tower Bridge. We had a lovely dinner in the hotel’s Vicinity restaurant on the first night and the staff were very friendly. We used the lovely cocktail bar on the first floor a couple of times , staff were very friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend a visit there for a night cap . Overall, the hotel had a lot of good features including the views over the impressive Tower Bridge, however, the worn and tired bedrooms that we were in, was not in keeping with what a major hotel in this landmark location should be . "

"We stayed for 7 nights and were thrilled with the location!! It is right beside the Victoria underground and convenient to ride the tube every day to attractions. We stayed in a superior king room and it was very large and roomy. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the pillow menu. The free mini-bar was great with chips, popcorn and candy, and water, pop and drinks. The decor is beautiful and the staff are friendly. We would recommend The Clermont to travelers coming to London. "

"I didn’t even stay here because the rooms were not clean. WiFi didn’t work ever. I was moved to three different rooms and they were each not clean. The carpets are filthy and didn’t want to walk barefoot in the room. Upsides: location and clever layout of small room to keep suitcase out of the way. "
