"The staff super friendly. Room was NOT A KING as described on Expedia. Told by front desk that is a UK king… which essentially was almost a queen. After objecting, they found us a room with two twins put together. As well as for our second room but that was a “accessible” room so not a totally acceptable change. "Location great for Lime St station. Around 15 min walk to Albert Dock, 10 min to Liverpool One. We had a Superior room with St Georges Hall view. Room on the small side. We asked for more pillows from reception as they went to as flat as a pancake! The lady of reception wasn't interested and said they didn't have any spare as hotel was full? "The food service area was a bit dark and dingy. The staff there were good and very helpful. I do feel the hotel could do with a proper restaurant and separate bar area. Generally speaking, the hotel was good for a one night stay which we had. We needed staff assistance with the air condition settings. Hotel is very central in the city and handy for most locations."

"W had a lovely stay in this well located hotel. The room was amazing and the staff extremely helpful. They are renovating the 1st floor, which was a bit noisy early one morning, but we spoke to reception and the ensured this did not happen the second night."

"Prior to our arriving we had some queries regarding the parking and the staff on the phone were very helpful and friendly. As we arrived early one of the domestic team was there to let us drop our cases off early. The apartment building was stunning outside and very nice and clean inside. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will absolutely be back to stay when we return to this amazing city. Happy to recommend."

"Nice property, well maintained. Very convenient as it was right next to Lime Street Railroad station. Unfortunately the room was an oven. With temperatures running in the mid-80's, it was HOT. No A/C, and the window only opens an inch. Not enough fresh air getting in the room. We spent a hot night with a loud fan running. Not a pleasant stay. Lodging in this part of the world needs to get into the 21st century and get some level of temperature control."

"Rigtigt dejlig lyse værelser og flot og godt indrettet. Næste gang vi er i Liverpool, vil det helt klart være her vi bor. Det ligger super centralt og roligt. Vi har ikke noget at klage over. Bruseren på Room 4 er utæt men virker fint."
