Das Gebäude ist von der Straßenseite eher unscheinbar, dahinter liegt ein großzügiges, modern elegant und stilvoll gestaltetes Hotel mit Blick auf Portos Altstadt und mit einem angenehmen Garten mit Terasse. Nebenan liegt das WOW, aber ab 22 Uhr wurde dort die Musik leise und wir fühlten uns nicht gestört. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr vielfältig und wird in einem stilvollen Rahmen serviert. "I did not get a printed bill so have no idea what i was charged for, i was charged 39 euro for a glass of wine without being asked if that price was okay, felt like i was being taken advantage of at each turn amd pretty upset. The staff are cur courteous but trained to push an agenda rather than understand what the guest wants. "

"This was definitely the nicest hotel we stayed at during our Spain and Portugal trip! The views were absolutely stunning! Staff was very helpful! The hotel has an elevator that saves a 10 minute walk down the mountain to the street below! Breakfast was great! Would love to go back and would stay there again! If staying in Porto, this is where you should stay!"

"This hotel gives you a first day WOW factor, but if you stay for more than three days, you will start to see/feel things you might not like. For example the first day was amazing. "Room was charming and had a fabulous view. Windows weren’t clean though. The room was supposed to be air conditioned but I had to ask for a fan because it didn’t work that well. They charge a $40 fee for a second person in the room. That is crazy. How many people, not on business, travel alone. Ubers and most cabs can not drive right to the hotel so you have to drag your bags down a steep street and then back up the street when you leave.
