Very spacious, roomy, comfy, large dining table, washer and dryer, rest rooms, shower, sinks, kitchen area, couch, electric outlets, Wi-Fi, lounges were Fantastic! Close proximity to Train stations, coffe e shops, ramen houses, Highball bars, 7/11 stores, pastries, and etc. This property is a Hidden Gem! "This hotel is very well located near the Hamamatsucho station, where the monorail from Haneda Airport arrives. There are a lot of good restaurants, bars and green spaces in the area and it is priced reasonably well. The breakfast is decent and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are on the small side, but clean and the air conditioning was much appreciated."

"Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!"

"2nd stay here - very convenient for Haneda as it is the last stop on the monorail from the terminal. Plenty of restaurants and options in the surrounding area. Hotel is newish and through the rooms are as small as you would expect from a business style hotel it has very expected amenity, is clean, and is quiet. Will certainly book again for a Tokyo 'through" trip or a short stay."
