"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde zweimal am Tag gereinigt, für Mumbai ist das sehr auffällig. Das Personal war immer ansprechbar, sehr hilfsbereit, und auch sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung war hervorragend, direkt am MaRiNa Drive, sehr sicher und sauber. Natürlich handelt es sich nur um ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Hier darf man nicht so viel erwarten. "3 stars is only because of location and cleanliness. The service was below what you will get in a hotel in India. We had to ask several times to get the room cleaned, there is no tea/coffee and kettle in the room, or room service available. It is very basic. But the location and price are good."
