"The first night was noisy a car came into car park at 2am and was blasting music out and guest or two banging doors and knocking on door The second night was better. Only a two night stay for an event. Housekeeping on Saturday did not replace complimentary tea and coffee bin not emptied and beds not straightened up after 1st night. It's basic no thrills hotel. Also lift out of order."

"A nice hotel off the M1. Plenty of parking. A warm welcome on arrival. All staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Very handy that there was air con in the room. Disappointing that the windows were locked, they should NOT be. Cooked and continental breakfast was good. A excellent hotel due to its location for business or touring."

"The room was fine, not exceptional, for me, as I was only staying for 6 nights. I hadn't booked breakfast as it was only offered on a Sunday, but there is a "Sandwich Stop" attached to the hotel in the car park. Parking was adequate, but trying to exit onto the busy main road was a nightmare, as the hedges were so overgrown and hadn't been trimmed, so it was impossible to see traffic approaching from both directions. "Excellent views of the park with lots of animals to see. Hotel room was dusty, bits on floor, looking run down with paint missing. Not very big and no chair to sit on only low stool which I couldn't use due to being disabled. Lots of tea and coffee available. Breakfast was good."

"Good value accommodation in the Hillsborough area. The Restaurant and pub were not open on the Thursday I stayed and I did have difficulty finding somewhere nearby to eat as I am a vegetarian."

"If you are visiting Sheffield you can’t go wrong with a stay at this hotel. So easy into sheffield( we were at the Arena) lovely and clean and new. Fab staff and service and food was great in restaurant."
