Hotel Keluarga di Wrexham

"Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. I appreciated the welcome gifts and hospitality from the hosts too. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area."

"Very pleasant and helpful staff.Good choice of breakfasts.Room very comfortable and clean"

"It was freezing the first night they remedied it the second night, some came for the weekend and froze the whole time. It is older and need some updates potentially but we were glad to be in this town and support the locals"

"Outstanding property with easy access and great communication beforehand. The place is a joy to stay at set in a beautiful area, well located to amenities, very quiet, no noise or hassle from owners, well equipped internally, good internet, easy parking, comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom and great value for money. The place is beautiful and a real real gem. I definitely will be back like Arnie once said…."

"What a lucky find. Situated in a beautiful area of the Welsh countryside. Stayed overnight weather was awful but the property was cosy and kept to a very high standard. Breakfast was freshly made & very tasty. A big thank you to the hosts Heather & Neil who made us feel welcome. Will definitely be returning. Julie & John."

"Aside from a member of staff called Kane who was exceptionally helpful, our experience for a birthday break was beyond disappointing. We initially stayed at the sister property The Swan in Tarporley where staff were outstanding but at The Lion we were greeted in what can only be described as very patronising, unwelcoming and brusque, by who we understand to be Beth. We were shown to a room that was classed as executive but had clearly had a major leak in the bathroom as paint was peeling away...

"Fantastic location with added bonus of parking. Great central location. Excellent apartment. Everything amenity you'd require. Tracy was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you"

"Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor...

"Perfect location (two minute walk to daughter's house); excellent breakfasts, particularly the porridge; fun pub downstairs, loved a cappella rehearsal."

"Have stayed here numerous times, Food is good & comfortable room."

"Great location only a few minutes walk from centre. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Quiet rooms, good size with comfy bed. Wouldn’t recommend the off site parking that’s recommended by the hotel, very tight parking spaces. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"There was an issue at check in regarding our family room whereby the expedia booking info hadn't pulled through correctly to the hotel. I would recommend emailing the hotel after booking to reconfirm everything. The family room was a decent size, although towels were stained and the free mini's were half used. The pool facilities were lovely. The pool was a little chilly, but jacuzzi very nice and warm."

"Great stay. Perfect location. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was spot on. Would definitely stay again."

"It's a good place to stay in Chester, especially if you want to visit the zoo, it's about 10 minutes in the car, if you want to walk to the city centre it's only 25 minutes, so it's easy for that too"

"Resepsionis yang ramah, kami boleh check in lebih awal karena kamar sudah siap dan kamar di hari pertama diupgrade ke kamar superior (seharusnya kamar standard, namun karena hari berikutnya booking di kamar superior, maka oleh resepsionis hari pertama sudah diberi kamar superior. Lokasi hotel juga strategis, di tengah kota dan dekat dengan tempat wisata"
