Great adults only all inclusive hotel. Good choice of restaurants.

Restaurants were top notch. Inconvenient if you want to step out. Taxi services are over priced. Overall a good experience. Would reccomend jf you want to enjoy one place with some amazing restaurants!

Great hotel. Service and food are outstanding. My only complaint might be that my booked "junior suite with ocean view" technically had ocean view if you count a tiny sliver of blue on the horizon. Apart from that the place is insanely comfortable clean and well organized and that in a huge jungle area. It's also very professionally las Vegas style American which may be a pro or con depending on what you looking for. So all in all amazing hotel. Just don't sell somethibg as ocean view if you...

Beautiful resort, Great food, suites were very spacious and clean. We had a swim up ocean front room, perfect hotel for our anniversary. Great views and it felt like a lovely oasis of luxury. Golf buggies ferry you from one side of the resort to the other. It is walkable but you'll sweat a lot. Food and drink, Great choices all over the resort. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was excellent. On the nights we didn’t feel like venturing out, room service did us very proud. One big...

Incredibly good food and high end drinks which was a surprise for an all inclusive resort. All the staff were wonderfully attentive and friendly. This is quite a small hotel within the much larger El Dorado complex and is very friendly and intimate. We had a lovely 5 nights here and plan to return.

This hotel was probably the best place I have ever stayed at. The property was immaculate, there were so many members of staff ensuring everyone there had an amazing stay. Our room was cleaned and restocked twice a day with fresh water and snacks. The hotel itself is massive but feels boutique in a way due to how it’s split by casa’s with individual roof top pools and lobbies. The main pool and restaurant areas are so clean and beautifully designed. Everything was so thought out from someone...

Beautiful luxury resort in Playa Del Carmen. The property is extremely well-maintained with modern amenities, and the staff were very polite and helpful. This was our first-time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food and drinks available at each of the restaurants. A favourite was the Aromas cafe, which had amazing iced coffees and ice-cream! We opted for a suite with a hot tub, which was excellent. As it was our honeymoon, the...

Fantastic hotel and resort! So much to do and enjoy! You're in for a treat if you chose this hotel! The facilities are superb, incredibly clean and comfortable! Ultimate luxury! The staff are awesome! Big shout out to little ceaser! One of the amazing entertainment crew! the food was fantastic and the cocktails were delightful! Can not recommend this hotel highly enough!

Excellent hotel. Very frequent Traveller. Usually stay in 5star luxury hotels, this was excellent both the hotel and the team. It was our first adult only and all inclusive and would massively recommend.

Compact, adults only all inclusive. Buffets had great selection, but you have access to reservation-only access to evening meals in restaurants in 4 Bahia hotels - all connected by regular shuttle services. The best restaurant we tried was the Aluz. The best thing about the hotel(s) was the staff. Excellent, friendly service. Not so keen on the rather loud pool entertainment. The ents team were great, but not conducive to relaxing with a book. Discovered hidden quiet pool a bit late. Overall,...

Great location!!

Very good resort. Great attention to detail, attentive staff and a true 5 star resort from rooms to activities and restaurants.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in my life!

Excellent hotel, great food, friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.

What a great find can not fault it staff & service is excellent, location great, facilities perfect, rooms clean and comfy. And the main reason we selected the hotel was the a la carte and cocktails and they did not disappoint the food (especially the lunches) were superb as you’ll see from most of my photos. I even had time to relax and do a little sketch of the pool. It’s a little hotel which we wanted as not a big hotel person but if you want the sister hotel is a 5 minute walk along the...

Can highly recommend this place if you want luxury, great food, attentive service and privacy.
