"O hotel está muito bem localizado bem no meio da Zona Hoteleira de Cancún. O edifício do hotel é o mais alto da região proporcionando belas vistas do mar e da lagoa. O hotel é lindo por fora e por dentro e os restaurantes e bares são muito agradáveis, em especial o restaurante Dragons de comida asiática e o enorme e variado buffet chamado Market. Para almoçar uma ótima opção é o restaurante Peruano que fica na área das piscinas com ótima comida. Certamente ficaria novamente no Secrets The Vine...

The grounds are kept impeccably clean, the staff is friendly and professional and the all of the restaurants we visited were great. Our concierge, Mauricio, was very helpful thoughout our stay. Guadalupe did a wonderful job in our room. Franscisco, Milcia, Omar and Alan were some of the servers who made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning."
