"Todo excelente "

"This was the perfect resort. We had a group of 11 ranging in ages from 18-71. I loved the size, not too big making it easy for everyone to get around. The food was amazing at every restaurant. Beach is beautiful and you are able to swim in the ocean. The hotel is in walking or a short bus ride to malls, clubs, flea market, ferry and so much more. I’d highly recommend! "

"Huge resort. A lot of walking to amenities and restaurants.make sure to have comfortable footwear. Food quality excellent. Book reservations in advance if possible. Lots of chairs/lingers at the pool. Bali beds helpful. Beach is ok but water not the bluest in Cancun. Check-in quick and easy. Room is ok. Bathroom muggy. No fan. View from all rooms amazing. Kid area to south an adult area to north. No shortage of food and drinks everywhere. Avoid timeshare presentation..wasted day. Overall...

"Everything was great until these “spring break idiots” were trying to act tough with other same age people running up & down stairs hitting doors yelling violently threatening each other to come out & fight. Called front desk TWICE to send security before someone got hurt but NEVER saw security show up AT ALL. This place would’ve gotten an 9.5 out of 10 if it wasn’t for that incident. Really ruined my mood & killed the great vibes we had. "

"3 couples spent 10 days at RIU K. We had a great time! Reception staff worked to get our rooms close together. Thank you! Staff was terrific. Food and drinks and restaurant experiences were excellent. We met most nights in the lounge for a specialty drink from the “cart”. My only complaint is how noisy the lobby lounge gets. Acoustics weren’t good. A minor complaint and a fantastic stay. "

"We have stayed at the GR for about 10 years. Unfortunately, we are looking to try a different resort next year. We were just somewhat disappointed with some of the changes. We have gotten upgrades in the past, but they wouldn’t move us across the hall to a partial ocean view and they were NOT full.. The towels were very dingy and kinda nasty.. The staff were nice enough, but it was just different…. Also, the hot tub was pretty gross…. The entertainment wasn’t as good as it had been, and I...
