"The location is perfect right in the middle of Shibuya, easy access to the metro stations , also you can take pictures of the Shibuya crossing from the top, the staff it’s so polite, and the buffet its alright "
"Location was great, and a residential area that was quiet but still a short and safe walk to the ebisu station. Housekeeping with sheet and towel change daily, and they also allowed us to keep our luggage at the front after checkout. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!"
"The room was clean, spotless and room service is top notch! Staff is what makes this hotel amazing. Whoever is looking for an amazing hotel. Look no further and book this. Second time staying here and will be coming back here again!"
"Stayed at the Executive King with Club Lounge Access and I must say that it has been such an awesome stay!
Rooms are huge for Tokyo standards; views are impeccable (saw Fujisan three times out of the five days I stayed); Club Lounge was accessible through the day with rotating types of food Breakfast (0700 - 1030), Afternoon Tea (1400 - 1600), Happy Hour (1730 - 1930), and Nightcap (2000 - 2100).
It was also such a good location to base out of - in particular, the Direct Airport Limousine Bus transfer at a slight premium to the cost of Airport JR Train was amazing "
