"it was an older property, but in poorer condition than expected thought it would’ve been more renovated for the price. Toilet overflowed had to be moved to another room in the middle of the night, the room I moved to front door area was very dirty and the door stuck and I almost broke the doorframe trying to get in and out."

"Very quiet, clean, staff very helpful. Would like to have seen a change up for breakfast since we stayed multiply days, but all was sufficient and healthy."

"Upon arrival, the man working at the desk ran my card and then cancelled it and the amount came back to my card. He then ran my card again and told me that it didn't go through, but it did. He tried to tell me that I needed to pay again. I saw the receipt he had on his counter that said it went through and I saw that it came out of my bank account. "Nice large spacious rooms. Pretty clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was good, they switched menu daily. I just wish there was a grassy area for the dogs."

"We had a relaxing, clean, and comfortable stay in Cortez. The proximity to Mesa Verde and Hovenweep was a big bonus. The owners of the casita were terrific to work with. We would stay here again!"

"Expedite doesn't have good communication with DBH , a communication gap I believe the was unable to get information at the establishments that matched what I paid for. I was disappointed and choose to stay else where and funds in this adventure."
