Reported our disappointment on check out and ignored. Recommend for location but ask for a room river side. "

"The hotel is lovely and perfect location, we have stayed before but this time the drinks were flat and when we asked for another, they tried to charge us and we went for breakfast at 10am, breakfast is until 11am, there was barely any hot food left and we were told they weren’t making any more. They did eventually make more but by then my partner had finished his food so we left it."
