"Hotel is in a beautiful palazzo. Exploring the halls reveal a lot of art painted on the walls and the hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms have all the modern amenities while preserving the charm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Venice."

"We enjoyed our stay at the apartments very much. The building was located on a quiet street, but was a very short walk to the nearest vaporetto. There were many restaurants nearby. The app they had us use to open the doors was very spotty but it saved us having to check in at the hotel so I didn’t mind having to try a few times to get in each time. The room was amazing and stocked with all the essentials needed for a stay. "Regular service was good and exceptional from breakfast attendee. They do a little "managed free" tour to Murano which is collaborated to certain company that does no tour for island at all. Just a visit to that company and selling, and nothing more than that, no history explanation or even touring the island. They should explain or print out detail explanation for tourist as it is first time visit there."

"Lovely room and a great breakfast with hot and cold options to suit everyone. We were on the top floor in room 3007 which had a connecting door with the next room. Not something we needed as it was just the two of us but it would've been great if we were with the teenage kids. The location was also great. Close to St Mark’s but tucked away enough to have a quieter atmosphere. It was really quiet at night… we slept well. "
