"If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. "I like the check in process on this property. The staff was very helpful too. There are a few restaurants nearby but going to the towns of Quepos or Manuel Antonio requires an uber but is very cheap. You can order food too via fiesta express."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. My family of 4 (2 kids) stayed in the apartment and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool every night after long days at the nearby beaches. There’s a small grocery store nearby. The only difficulty was although my husband and I enjoyed the breakfast there were not many kid friendly options."

"Spotless!!!!!!!! Nice smell. Location was perfect. Close to Manuel Antonio, and Quepos. So you get some jungle and some city. I would recommend some hooks on the wall to hang clothes. Everything else was top notch. Love the bathroom, the bed, the view and air conditioning "

"We loved, loved, LOVED Si Como No Resort. We absolutely would recommend staying here and we have in fact recommended it to many friends. Should we ever be back to Manuel Antonio we will absolutely stay here again. It is absolutely breathtaking. I felt like we arrived into a White-Lotus style resort. "The owners and staff are tricky people. Telling you one thing and doing another. I wouldn’t suggest this pace and it’s highly expensive for zero customer service. Also you get stuck at dinner without a golf cart ride back. They dint communicate. Looks great , but they need to change there attitude"

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with the most beautiful view. The only downside was the rocky, steep drive up to the property, which was kind of hard to find. Definitely rent a 4x4 if you plan on staying here."
