This is ridiculous because there is no public transportation and they had large areas for parking. A complete money grab by Hilton for no reason. A corporate rip off! "The location was pretty however the hotel grounds felt run down. It had a lot of potential but was just not what I would expect. While the rooms were large and beds were comfortable, housekeeping could definitely have been better. There was trash under our bed, and hairs throughout (in the refrigerator, on the bathroom walls, etc). It also looked like upkeep was needed in the rooms. Check in was not great, no rooms ready, also guests being told they could not have a third bed in the room even though that is what they had reserved - awkward! Spent $50 for 2 drinks & a snack in the bar while waiting (past check in time) for room to be ready. Received a text saying it was ready, then spent 15 minutes back at front desk to pick up keys, to be told it actually wasn’t ready. Ironically despite not being able to get into...

"The lobby and pool area are very nice. The pool was packed with kids, at all hours. Overall, I was disappointed. The room was small, with scuffed floors and looking a little worse for wear. The shower still had hair from the last occupant. There was no microwave and the prices at the bar and for snacks was very high. Common areas (hallways, elevator) were dirty with leaves and debris. I sincerely question the 4 star rating and why I spent so much for the experience I had."

He tried telling us our check in was for the following day, not the day we arrived, and I was baffled because I know what I booked. I even showed him the confirmation, roughly 2-3x times. He also mentioned he couldn’t find our room with the confirmation # I received. He finally found it after roughly 10 minutes and gave us our key."
