"1st room we checked into, the A/C didn’t work, after three trips to the desk to complain, and having a maintenance person come out a thermometer in the vent to tell us the A/C was blowing cold air, we were moved to a new room. This room never cooled down either. That night the staff on duty told me they would move us into a new room after checkout time the next day because no rooms were available. The next morning I went to the front desk and the new people on duty told me they couldn’t move me and we just had to deal with it. Later after maintenance verifying the AC indeed didn’t function we were told we had to stay in that room and maybe get moved to a new room on the 3rd day. After going to check on the room the next morning we were told we’d have to clear all our stuff from the room and leave it with the front desk and then maybe be able to check into a new room after 3PM. The toilet also stopped working over night in the second room. We were told multiple time maintenance was coming to look at the AC and they never showed up. Ultimately we ended up just changing our flights and leaving early."
