"My experience over all was good but the staff at the pool bar were not very nice. We ordered food that after two hours never came, every time we asked for an update he would get annoyed. They also tried giving me hot beer on 106 degrees weather three different times. "

"Had a blast with our family and friends. Our villa was clean and love the laundry and dryer!! There were 4 pools to choose from (2 with slides for kids 48”or taller, 1 kiddie pool, and 1 quiet/adult pool only). You will need a golf cart/shuttle or you can drive closer to the pool you want to visit and park near there. There are tons of parking. All the pools were 4ft or under. We didn’t have to fight for chairs. The main pool by the entrance has tons of employees to help you. There’s a kids play...

"Loved our stay. Room was very spacious with outdoor patio that led right to the smaller pool. Nice bar and good restaurant. Main pool was big with plenty of chairs to lounge on. Highly recommend this resort. "

"This hotel is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with great service (especially from the valet team) and a very nice rooftop pool. It's in a great location and was thoughtfully designed, with good food at the restaurants. Where it falls short a little bit is all of the prices. It feels boutique but there really isn't any reason to justify the $50/day resort "fee" and the $20 drinks at the pool. The only water you get in the room is an $8 bottle. The M&M's at the mini bar in the room...
