"Checking was slowly but friendly. Our room was no closest to the lobby and we had to wait half hour for picked us. We order 2 hamburger at the bar but maybe they forgot our meal so we have to wait abaout 45 minutes. Adult's pool was very crowden. We can not find a fitting room.The buffet was good."

"This is my wife's & mine 9th time at this resort. The front desk staff is amazing, Oliver the entertainment manager is a great & super helpful guy ( he helped us out several times). "We loved our stay and the staff was amazing especially Whandy (AKA Orlando) in the front luggage arrival area. The only things we would change is when going to the buffet people should be allowed to bring plates to their room when not feeling good because the room service meu has terrible options and the food is always cold and terrible. Might also want to stock the refridgerators with more water and beer. Two small beers is not enough."
