"The property itself was gorgeous as were the accommodations. The locations is too far from medano beach and Cabo activities, but if you’re interested in staying on resort by the pool this is perfect. The one big downside is the pool chair situation. Chairs were full by 6am. Cabanas are first come first serve and to have to wake up early on vacation and save chairs is absolutely absurd. "My time-share is always in job condition the front desk staff, Monica of Member Services and the pool staff (Emilio, Gabino and Chema) take care of all of our needs. They keep the building looking great, the vegetation, the DJ at the in-door bar and the live music at 12 Tribes are always a treat. They assign the same housekeeper for the week. This is a smart idea. Betzaida kept our 2 bedroom apartment emmaculate. She even made towel toys for my grandson."

"Property was excellent. We had a good time. Didn't know tips are included in all inclusive so my tips were extra gratuity. Besides that, only issue i has was not being able to watch anything good on tv. They had analog channels that were foggy and not clear. The clearer channels were cartoons. Bring a fire stick or roku if you want to watch tv. Otherwise, you'll go to bed early from nothing to keep you up or entertained. "

"This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! He was the best and always in contact with us plus went over and beyond for my daughter’s birthday! Thank you Tedd! The food was very good and the service as well. "The property itself is absolutely breathtaking! Gorgeous and relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly. However, I gave 4 stars because we never received our VIP free bottle of wine or credits, and we didn't receive our mini bar until the day before we checked out. Also, we had an issue and had to change rooms. The 2nd room wasn't quite as nice. The fridge leaked, and the initial sold was to unplug the fridge. We had to complain to actually have it properly fixed. "
