"Staff was excellent. Patrons were generally annoying and drank too much. Staff did very little to stop them from over consuming alcohol, and we saw a lot of very messy situations. Noisy neighbors at all hours of the day partying and drinking too much. Overall not a fan of the all inclusive services provided by resorts like this, as I feel that it encourages the worst machinations of humanity. Also, resort is far from anything else in the city. "Location was everything… right on the beach! Staff was amazing, very friendly. Beds were not comfy… very old mattresses, pool water was not clean, it was very murkey… but who needs a pool when you have the ocean a few feet away! Expedia post indicates that hotel offers parking…. Not true! No parking available on site. "
