"Great option if you’re staying in the Zazil-Ha location of PDC. I loved my stay here. Person at the front desk 24/7. Rooftop pool and ocean view is tomorrow. I used the gym most days that I was here and loved that I was able to keep up with my workouts. Room has a nice little kitchen; I used the blender provided to make smoothies and juices in the am. Close to the action but peaceful and quiet. Jacob, one of the front-desk attendants was extremely helpful and kind. He’s the best! I’ll probably...

"Everything about this resort is just beautiful. The check in process was a breeze, the staff is so friendly and helpful and professional. All the food was great. Especially Ember restaurant. We had an especially large group and all the staff were so accommodating and the food was truly amazing. The manager Jose Luis came over to our table to make sure everything was to our liking. We were all so pleased . Can’t wait to come back ."

"Overall great, the staff was excellent! The pool lounger need cushions. It made it difficult to relax by the pool on the hard loungers. The staff overall need to relax, the hotel was pretty empty and they kept track of everything like towels by the pool. The safe died while staying which means my valuables was open when i thought it was locked. They need to check to ensure the safe is charged. Other than that it was a good stay and great location. Breakfast was awesome!"

"We had an excellent experience. Very clean, peaceful, and the location was ideal for those who enjoy walking and exploring the city. Close to shopping, food, bars, and the beach. We will stay here again in the near future."

"Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip."
