"The hotel itself is beautiful and the views are absolutely amazing. The location and scenery make it a really special place, and we truly enjoyed that part of the stay.
Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the hotel. The attention from the receptionists, Blanca and Paulina, was not pleasant and felt unhelpful. In addition, the service from Juan at the pool was also disappointing and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, when I had already left the property, they contacted...

"A bit disappointing. I have never been in a cold jacuzzi before. The beach was on the pacific and unswimmable. The air conditioning in the room did not work worth a darn. Fortunately the evenings were cool enough to make the roo comfortable, but daytime. Was hot!"

"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "
