"The rooms were clean and cosy and the staff were helpful, especially Delia, who gave really good advice on so many things crucial to making the stay a pleasant one.Oh and the room I had - as a classical pianist, I so loved the piano painting on the wall above the bed. It was really convenient that breakfast was included and the umbrella was a little bonus. I can't wait to come back!!!"

La localización es excelente, a una cuadra de Central Park, muy cerca de Times Square, cerca de la 5a avenida, en realidad te puedes mover muy fácilmente, hay una estación de metro muy cerca. El staff del hotel muy amable (gracias especiales al Concierge Bob por sus explicaciones y mapas). El cuarto de muy buen tamaño y siempre limpio. Se agradece la cafetera y el abastecimiento diario de café. Sin duda en mi próximo viaje a NY me quedaré en este hotel "

"the warmth we received as soon as we walked into the Hotel. Front desk staff were friendly, personable and professional. The rooms were big, roomy and very clean. Area was very central to a lot of place and we were able to walk to a lot of it. Will definitely stay there again!"

"It's small (welcome to NYC!), but very well done. All staff members we encountered were so friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Some items could use a refresh but the rooms were well-appointed. There is a fun bar right next door, but the only caveat is due to its popularity, if your room is facing the street, it is loud - not traffic noise but loud people outside. Again, that's NYC. Overall, great location, great hotel and I would definitely stay there again!"
