"We had a wonderful experience. Jenny at the front desk saved my birthday weekend by finding a room with a park view that I really wanted. It was heavenly to wake up and see the Park sunrise in the morning and the lights at night. The doormen were exceptionally friendly and always remembered me with greetings. The rooms was nicely decorated. We did not check out the spa."
