"The staff were amazing, attentive, polite and just wonderful. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower was great. And refreshing, especially since NYC was having a heat wave. Reception provided bottles or water, complimentary. The bar was fun, and service and food delicious. We had breakfast each morning and it was amazing. You must try the multigrain bread. Fabulous! Overall 5/5 and we will gladly stay here again on our next NYC trip."

"I will never stay here again. Checked into my room. AC was broken and room was 80 degrees. I had booked a king sized bed but my room only had a queen. They didn’t tell me this on check in.
