"The service was excellent. They have elevator operators, which was a little unusual. Very nice room and the maid service was great. They even fill your ice bucket every night while you're out. Be prepared for the prices though---shocking even by New York City standards."

The bathrooms also have opaque glass on the sliding door that opens right onto the King Bed, which woke my wife up when I would get up to run in the morning. "I was impressed with the hotel's ambiance upon my arrival, very modern and elegant anesthetic. The staff at the front desk was very warm and friendly, truly a complement to the already pleasant experience. The room was very functional and stylist, spacious and included a kitchenette and a bathtub. The linens were clean. We encountered issues with access to the internet streaming services on the television, and the hotel’s tecnician came but couldn't fix so we were invited to change rooms, which...

"The hotel’s location is not good it is perfect. The staff was polite and helpful but the most important point for me was the cleaning was not good enough. Also there was no coffee or tea machine in the room. We stayed for 1 week. I liked the location but because of cleaning issue I would not prefer this hotel again"
