Novotel Cardiff Centre

Novotel Cardiff Centre

10/10 Excellent
"A warm welcome, and a good location, close to the main railway station, but also close to the Harbour. The breakfast was good, the staff on the front desk and in the restaurant were incredibly helpful and the leisure facilities were all working well. Last but not least, the soft play area is a great amenity for families with toddlers. Definitely recommend. Thank you."

"A beautiful stay at this property the staff were so helpful and pleasant the rooms are very cosy and resemble premier inn at half the price! The breakfast was stunning and so was the food in the restaurant, the only thing we could ask is that breakfast included a drink of tea or coffee or juice But we will definitely return."

"Really, really disappointing that hotel guests have to pay, in addition to the room fee, to use the hotel swimming pool (5 British pounds/ person)!! During the weekend there was a good children’s area set up near the lobby with movies, Lego and games."

voco St David's Cardiff by IHG

voco St David's Cardiff by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"Amazing. I love visiting this hotel for a bit of luxury and a treat. I usually visit a few times a year. After my last visit I left a mixed review in relation to the condition of the sauna and surrounding area. I’m pleased to report that everything I mentioned had been rectified and normal high quality service resumed. For this stay Checkin - room was available early which was great. Trisha was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Room - lovely! Few minor scuffs and upgrades needed in the bathroom (room 509) but great. Bed was so comfy. View was amazing and the air con was incredible. Spa - amazing! I loved it. Several lockers in male changing rooms out of action though Breakfast - delicious as always. Such a good high quality spread. Female member of staff (didn’t catch her name, blonde lady with accent) so friendly and remembered me from previous visits. Checkout - last checkout as IHG member was given which was lovely. Quick and easy checkout. Off the carpark there is a walk into a wetland area that goes down to the water. Never been before but was well worth the short stroll down there on a lovely evening. I can’t wait for my next visit!"
