"Short walk to many locations. Nice area to walk between hotel and Holland Park where I went.
Shops and restaurants opposite, polite and helpful staff. I was treated with dignity and respect as a female solo traveller, there was someone at reception when I arrived, I met the cleaner and I had fans and a fridge in my room which was great in the hot weather."

"Wonderful stay above a great pub. Unique and cosy room interiors. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Clean and hygienic. Safe too. Great housekeeping service too. 7-8mins walk to the train station. Park nearby great for daily walks. Can be bit noisy at night due to vehicles. But all in all it was an amazing stay and we enjoyed the great pub downstairs."

"Avoid at all costs, the room smelt of sewage literally. It looked nothing like the pictures. I had to leave early as I was worried I'd smell for my meetings due to the room odor.
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and the ownership tried lying in order to not give a refund. Luckily I had everything in writing."

"The room that we stayed at was a standard small size double bed room. It was clean and had fresh clean towels. The room wasn’t dusty at all. The shower was a little small but once again it was a smaller room. The water pressure was surprisingly really good. The morning Ang night staff were so nice and helpful.

"My choice was to stay in a hotel not a place which can be called hostel room.I think in the name of hotel stated as PRPL stands for "primitive place".They only provide 1 towel and I request another towel using for my face/hair/hand.They said "one single room one towel using for all your body including lower body."
Any other basic amenities such as soap/shampoo/tea/coffee are very limited.
You can be stuck in a shower due less water flows.No need to talk about dirty.
The best thing in this hostel...

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The Room Service, front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
