"This was a good option at this property. It was the time share side so you have the comfort of the same rooms as the hotels side but you only Have basic room services. They will come in a do a mid stay clean like a vacuum and courtesy change of sheets and towels, but they normally charge extra for this on a shorter stay. We were here for 11 nights so they looked after us pretty well. Nice room with city view but wow, NOISY. Sirens and loud cars, garbage collection in the alley way at 3 am even...

"Our family loved our stay! Everything we needed was within a short walk or driving distance. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed all 3 lagoons during our visit- they’re beautiful. Accommodations within the property were great for a family stay. Even our teen loved it. We will be booking again!"

"The space itself was very iconic classic hawaii, which is very fun for a Waikiki experience. However the building and surroundings are less desirable. The local dive bar located in the lobby requires you to pass through it. We were harassed every time we left and entered the building having to negotiate through heavy drinking and smoking locals. This should have been noted for safety concerns. I had a drunk man try and push his way into the elevator behind me and no one stepped up to help. They...
