"When we first walked into the hotel room, it had a mildew smell. So it possibly needs to be really deep clean. They should clean the room every day, sweep and change the linens because of the amount of sand that goes through the rooms. Clean the shower floors, possibly add some type of a rug beside the bed and doors and should not ask your guest to take out their own trash. Especially for the amount of money I spent to stay at this hotel. Air-conditioning sounded very old and rattling possibly...

"The floors were a bit dirty and I saw a roach. The lady at the desk was friendly and addressed the issue. Didn't see another insect after that. This is my second time staying here I didn't have an issue the first time. I would continue to stay there when I am in Montgomery , AL. "

International phone and card holders BEWARE! the managers will not send an information to an international number. The check-in process is not explained clearly and can be an absolute nightmare.
