"A standard room is well appointed but rather small. The staff was professional and welcoming. There are many restaurants in the area and it is very close to the cruise terminal."

"The place was generally kept clean. The check in process was a little challenging since there was only one staff to handle a flood of people. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The amenities were adequate for its purpose. The in-house restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was adequate for any traveller. The location was close to town center with plenty of shops to choose from. And, it was close to the cruise port where we would embark for another journey."

"Inside the room is OK. Quite spacious. But outside the room is very very run down and messy, with very narrow corridor and staircase that only one person can fit through. It is an old apartment with a history, but you don't see the history, you just feel like being in a very poor neighbourhood. They charged us CAD 265, price of a 3 star hotel with hostel quality. We checked again and it was listed at 44 British pounds. We could not get in the "hotel" because the entrance digital lock was not...
