"Not as advertised! They advertise amenities they don’t have. They told us they would give us a refund when we opted to leave for a clean, safe hotel with the actual amenities we were looking for. 12hrs later we got a message that they were refusing the refund. Basically, they lie to sell rooms and avoid conflict. The room was incredibly hot (we booked a room with AC) and extremely dated. The beds were on an angle and extremely squeaky. The lift was horrendously terrifying but the only option...

"No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. Otherwise you will be kept up all night long. 90 degrees outside and hotter inside do to restaurant ovens directly under room. It was the worst experience. Jet lag turned into nightmare 😫"
