When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -...

"Great location and very convenient. It’s well connected to nearby parks and just a short distance from Highpoint Shopping Centre. There’s also plenty of parking available, which makes the stay even more comfortable."

"Total 5 star experience! We stayed one night and definitely needed two nights to fully enjoy this amazing hotel. The room is immaculate, with a very homely feel to it. We enjoyed the pool and gym. I can’t say much more, except that we can’t wait to stay again!"
