"Lovely quiet location. Didn’t have breakfast but the dinner night before was lovely. Clean large room. Lovely shower. The only reason I wouldn’t give it top marks is because it had 2 of my pet peeves .. Firstly no plug socket next to bed .. and secondly i hate fixed shower gel bottles when its difficult to dispense! Other than those minor annoyances, it was a great stay. "

"We have just returned from a fabulous long weekend at the Beach Hotel. I cannot recommend this small hotel more highly. The whole hotel was spotless, the rooms were warm, comfortable and welcoming as were the hosts. Breakfast was ample and fresh and served in a large breakfast area. We booked into a double room with a balcony and had a great view of the pier and the Paignton sea front. Parking was ample just at the side of the hotel. "Wonderful little hotel with absolutely lovely staff who couldn't do enough to make you comfortable. Spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Wonderful breakfast too!! "

"Excellent all round. Such a lovely helpful, warm welcome on arrival and every morning at breakfast, which was delicious. Room was lovely, spacious enough for two and really quiet. 2 min walk to beachfront, 5 min walk to town. Will definitely be going back."

The owners Carl & Tace were so friendly from the get-go and we really liked our room, especially the bed itself, how clean it was and the location. You’re really close to the centre, sea and a nice little park/gardens opposite.
