"Wonderful hotel to stay at the rooms were extremely clean and the bathrooms also super convenient and Clean. Great view of the river you would wake up to the work boats going around 6 AM. Only could hear the boats if you have your windows open, which we did. "

"The room was clean and convenient, although a little on the small side; which is common in japan. The staff was helpful and polite. The best thing about this hotel is it's excellent location. There's a JR station and a Tokyo metro station available just a few minutes walking. Many of the major lines stop at those stations which makes this place ideal for sightseeing. The hotel has no laundromat, but there is one right next door. The only negative is that the hotel has no japanese public bath (sento); although this might not be an issue for someone who isn't interested. "
"Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Easy location to get to from the airport since the hotel is connected to the TCAT terminal. This is my first time in Tokyo and I'm happy with the convenient location of the hotel. Access to the Z line subway can be found in the hotel's lower level. This made it easy to get around Tokyo for sightseeing. The buffet breakfast is also very good. There's no coin laundry machine on site but we found one 5 minutes walking distance away. There are a few restaurants nearby and a couple of 24 convenient stores across the street. Rooms are dated but super clean. Overall, I would highly is this hotel especially for first time visitors."
"The best out of 3 hotels that I have stayed in Tokyo!
Location: best. JR right beside. Bustop in front. Cafes, restaurants, konbinis and supermarkets line the street.
Travelled as family of 7, we booked 3 rooms. There were 2 machines at the reception for check-in. Courteous reception staff assisted in the process. We were anxious about our early morning flight out. They helped to check the rates for taxi service but we ended up with alternative arrangements. Where basic English lacked, they used translating device from mobile phone and it was sufficient.
Rooms: good. Enjoyed the balconies. Being at higher floor, all felt minimal to no noise from the trains with it closed. Slept well. Bed comfy and pillows, wonderful.Top part of the pillows were soft, there was buckwheat underneath.
Fully equipped toilet. Our tallest family member was 185cm and toilet to us was good sized. Everything was within arms reach.
Even equppied with deodorizer spray (for room and fabric), shoe brush and shoe horn!
If we hung Do Not Disturb, they would place a note to inform that they did not enter the room that day and offered eco cleaning where bed linens will not be replaced but they would vacuum and replace towels. That to me is crafted service, assurance to security and upholding integrity.
On our last night, we experienced M3 earthquake tremors. Staying on a higher floor, we felt rooms sway but everyone was ok. It made me appreciate having a manned, 24hr reception even more."
"Second year staying here, amazing location, everything near. Amazing staff, amazing facilities. It is quite a small room but thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend and miss it already!"
"Room with a view, unlike the other three hotels we stayed in in Japan, Clean and large, Brilliant staff. Expensive though.
The restaurant was great as was the breakfast."
