"Staff was very accommodating and was really helpful and kind. We checked in late and made it easy for us to get in. We left some items behind and the cleaning staff returned it to front desk and gave us a call about the items that were left behind. They mailed it to us and we are thankful for their great service! The place is wonderful and the view is amazing. It is right across the street from the waterfront. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again."

"I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby was big and open and welcoming. The room we had was a king size bed and queen size bed, with a couch. The room was so large, the beds so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had good food with lots of variety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"I don't believe $250 for one night here was worth it, we were told the elevator was not working when we checked in. After that we were put in a room on the 4th floor, upon arriving on that floor the smell of Marijuana was all throughout the floor and the bathroom of our room. The rooms as well as the hotel itself are dated, bed was comfortable and when the bathroom sink was turned on air came out then dirty water. I'm sure this hotel was nice in the mid nineties."

"The toilets are so short like toddler height. It made it very uncomfortable to use them. I'm 5'8 and my knees were up to my chest. I have a really bad back inside a walker so it was very hard getting down and up from the toilet."

"Whenever someone, staffs or guests, open/close the gate to the swimming pool, it creates a loud banging noise that every room nearby will hear it. If you go to bed early at 10:00pm or wake up late in the morning, you will be awakened by the loud banging noise. If you don’t bother by it, the place is fine."

"We ended up at the flagship after a different hotel we were at had mold covered bathrooms. We were skeptical but pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly, the view was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, and the location is easy to find and surrounded by a lot of stores and restaurants. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that, but there are freshly baked chocolate chip cookies put out every evening that are delicious!"

"Close to the airport, but the shuttle only runs in the daytime, I booked it thinking I could use the shuttle no luck. Missed it by 1/2 hour called the hotel they wouldn't come and pick us up."

"Room was a little tired, particularly the bathroom, but clean and perfectly adequate for a one-night preflight stay. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast room buffet but kept topped up and cleaned relentlessly by the staffer. Cheerful efficient shuttle, which was the whole point. Eat at Sharp's in the parking lot next door -- it was good!"
