"The room did not have any wash cloths and the two bath towels were very small. The room did not have any Kleenex tissue. The TV in the room only received one station (getting a different remote did not solve the problem). The noise in the room from a nearby freeway was very loud. There was no water in the swimming pool. The door to the bathroom was in poor condition (water damaged) and needs to be replaced."

"I checked in around 9:00 AM and approached the front desk. The staff member asked for my identification, returned it, and instructed me to wait to the side. After waiting for about 25 minutes with no update, I approached her again to ask what I was waiting for. Only then was I informed that check-in time is at 12:00 noon. "I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby was big and open and welcoming. The room we had was a king size bed and queen size bed, with a couch. The room was so large, the beds so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had good food with lots of variety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Best price around town but unfortunately the crazy town is way way too expensive. So considering that its a good place. Felt safe and great staff. Old rooms but clean. No coffee maker in room but available in office. Had to stand onto of bed to reach AC control switches. Some nearby bars with food. Super cheap local bus system to town from 2 blocks away."
