Our room’s AC didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to report it—twice—before anything was done. We were finally moved to a different room around midnight. With a 4:00 am airport departure, we barely slept. For the price, basic comforts and responsive service should be a given. Would not stay here...

"We had a short overnight stay. We had a very early flight out of Florence and chose the property for its proximity to the airport. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The desk was open 24 hours and was able to call a taxi for us who arrived within minutes. This location was perfect for our needs."

"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"Hi All, We loved our stay at NilHotel Florence. Normally when I travel I cannot sleep on bed as most of the time mattress are too soft and does not support my back. But at NilHotel the mattresses were firm and supportive to the whole body which helped me sleep much better and I was able to enjoy Florence better.
