"Nice comfortable clean smallish room. The breakfast was fine, affordable (12 euros) and convenient but the dining room when I get there was filled with dirty dishes, they were slow to bus tables. In their defense, I came to the breakfast room at 8 right after the morning rush. "We booked 3 rooms. All were give mineral water on the first day only. Second and third day... no more water. We call front office, they give us on 2nd day. On the 3rd day - we called and they put us on hold for quite some time.... we hung up the phone. I am thinking - only mineral water... "

"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."
