"Neat place above the pub. If staying in that section, the stairs are quite narrow to get checked luggage up - but doable. We booked through Expedia and it said no attendant on site - so there was confusion on where to leave our bags and we did not receive a response so we ended up paying Premier Inn to hold our bags. "The room we stayed in was far too hot. Even though we had the window open, the temperature control set to 16°C and the fan on, it was very uncomfortable. We found it difficult to sleep. We also spent as short a time as possible in our room. We were disappointed with the food available. The website advertised a Market Menu, which wasn't available. Just the expensive menu in the restaurant to choose from. However the breakfast staff we very courteous and the choice of food was excellent."

"While the staff were friendly and did help me book an early check-in since I wasn't spending the night but only staying about 6 hours,the room itself was so hot. No fan, or AC!! A 4-star hotel with such morbid room conditions is a shame!"
