"The room was clean. The shower never worked properly it was constantly really hot (too hot) and wouldn't mix with the cold water. I did tell reception about this on three separate occasions, they said they will get if fixed and never did. The breakfast was great. The pool and gym was good. Parking was good. Shame about the shower. "

THIS is the place you want to stay if you are coming to Liverpool. True LFC fans will arrive with tears *as my boyfriend did* when they see all the murals on every street corner as you walk down Anfield Road. THIS is the place you want to engulf yourself in if you’re coming to watch the LFC at Anfield Stadium. Great environment, great people, great experience. "This is a great place to stay, no matter what generation you are part of. The “pods” are just that - bunkbeds with privacy curtains, a private bathroom for just those in your room. The staff is AMAZING. There’s a common kitchen and a common area. Very, very safe!"

"False advertising - The images on the website do not match the reality (see attached photos). This isn't a minor difference it is incomparable. What is being advertised here is not actually what you get. Cleanliness - the accommodation was unclean, in fact it was the most unclean accommodation I have ever been to. (see attached photos). There where bags of rubbish on the outside area, flies, dirty rags and rubbish left in the property. Safety - The front door to the accommodation block wasn't locked and couldn't be locked meaning anyone from the street could walk into the block. The apartment itself also was not locked upon our arrival we pushed the door and could just walk in. (There was a key to lock it and a latch but upon arrival but again it didn't show it was a safe and secure place for me to stay with my young son)."
