"Friendly and helpful owner, Pail who made us feel welcome on arrival. Shared a lot of useful tips on where to go and to eat only issue is that the steps leading to the entrance not easy to access with heavy luggage."

"The property was very well located to the transport link to central Liverpool. The staff were pleasant and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to explore the city and surrounding areas. The room was clean and the breakfast was cooked to order which was welcomed after a late night!"

"The pros: The venue is beautiful, perfect for weddings. There was a wedding whilst I was there, and it looked fantastic. It was easy to get to from the old roan train station. Maybe 15-20mins walk. It was comfortable. Breakfast served at 8 was good and what was needed. There's a nice bar and restaurant to relax. The staff were helpful and very friendly. "Family suite with a double and two single beds perfect for the family trip. Staff amazing, couldn't be more helpful. Good bar with decent selection, amazing pizzas in the garden. Most importantly, two minutes walk from Anfield, so perfect for the Foo Fighters gig. Would use again at the drop of a hat."

"If you are going to Anfield Rosd for a match, then I can highly recomment this guesthouse! Staff contacted us the day befor to give us all information needed and were very helpfull and responded quickly to our questions. Will 100% use this option next time I will go for a Liverpool match."

"Brilliant location for the station. Lovely hotel with free bottled water every day which is not even advertised. The staff are lovely and the whole thing is set up to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible. Couldnt fault it really, Comfy beds and lovely view of St Georges Hall, but quiet as well."
