"The staff was great, room was perfect and we loved the balcony with the ocean view. We could have sat there all day. Our only complaint is that the chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable. I think they were designed for Admiral General Aladeen's torture chambers!"

"I didn't like anything about the Clarion, it looked like a welfare motel and on top of that I heard another guest complaining about bed bugs. After all of that I didn't feel comfortable staying there. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This was the absolute worst place I've ever "ATEMPTED" to stay. This hotel needs to be removed for false advertisement."

"First room, The bathroom was dirty, the phone did not work to call front desk, the beds were dirty and not made up. We had to move. The second room, bed was dirty, fridge was dirty, bathroom was dirty, coffee maker was dirty, TV was not working, lamp was not working. They gave us the wrong room, I booked a walk in shower wheelchair accessible room, we were put in a bathtub room. We had an accident in the room because it was not wheelchair accessible. "We had a what seemed an excessive wait time to check in almost 40 minutes. Then the room key didn’t work, each time we tried to use the elevator it took upwards of 10 minutes or more. After the room key didn’t work I actually walked down the stairs from the 21st floor to avoid waiting. Got the new key card to only find out the room was already in use. We go back down to the front desk again to find out the person who checked us in wrote the completely wrong room number down and allowed to enter...

"Hotel stay was good.Front seat agent was not to nice. I felt like she was judging a book by its cover. I also asked her for a pin and paper so I can write my address and she said she would take it out load. Also kept asking me do I have a car after I told her I have no drivers license. Just wierd but over all say was good."

"Parking at the hotel is a real hassle. You have to park in a small, cramped area under the hotel, where you have to park in front of each other. When you leave, you have to rearrange the cars! Our room was adequate for our needs, but it was very dusty and the sheets were stained when we arrived. Luckily, on the second day, the cleaner changed the sheets without being asked, so they probably noticed the stains too! It served its purpose for the short time we were there."
