"So horrible I left after the first night."

"Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

"For my money, this is the best place to stay in Austin if you are traveling solo or with one other person. It is a fantastic location. I was a little worried about parking but had absolutely no issue with that. It is such a lovely set-up and so very clean and comfortable. I really looked forward to coming home to this space after running around town all day. Excellent option at a very reasonable price. I will be back."

"Loved the location and ease of check-in. It was a little loud at night, but that should be expected due to the area. They even provided a white noise machine and ear plugs. Only issue was parking. I was under the impression I could use their lot which was not the case. I parked across the street which ended up being $45/day which I wasn't planning on spending. Just note that parking is not guaranteed and street parking is near impossible."
