"Only grievance is submitting a photo of driver ID to complete booking - through a 3rd party website. The idea of having my license scanned on a website outside of Expedia is not something I’m keen on. And unfortunately there is no check in process that I would allow to show it to someone like at a hotel. Otherwise great stay and deal!!"

"Great location and comfortable beds. Parking was extremely difficult. Reserved a spot through Parkade, and every single time we left someone parked in our spot. Could chose a different spot on the app, but too small for our car."

"I’m disappointed because I saw this was a VIP expedia property but nothing about the experience reflected that. They seemed confused when I mentioned my gold expedia status. The hotel smelt like cigarette smoke despite no smoking policy (I even notified the building and it didnt help). The room + pool was small and underwhelming. The front desk worker was really nice though and stored our luggage after leaving which I really appreciated!"

"Great place to stay. Awesome location, nice entire apartment to yourself. I stay at a lot of Kasa properties - the only problem is the furniture. The bed was nice and comfy, but the sofa bed was not good. The couch and chairs are incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. If you don’t mind that, it’s a perfect stay."
