"The room was clean and self check-in was easy and as described in the mail. Bearing in mind the low price this is as expected. The only issue is that the property is signed 'Bridgewater Farm', not 'Bridge Farm'. There is a Bridge Farm down a small lane 5 minutes away so it took some time to find."

"It was great, the rooms where clean, bedding and towels spotless. Staff could not be more friendly accommodating. Breakfast was amazing, made to order and a large selection all fresh I might add. There are a few quirks around the building but this is what I was expecting from a building of this age, would I stay here again, without a doubt, next time we are in the area this will be our go-to place. "We use this hotel as it is conveniently placed to visit friends in Keynsham for a yearly reunion. The hotel has friendly helpful staff and the breakfast is always of a good standard. The parking is good, the room very clean. Just one observation was the blind in the bathroom in our room 10 could be better but not a big issue."

"Stayed at the Fox and Goose for 5 days. Looked after by the staff at all times. Very comfortable room which was serviced daily. The food was excellent with good sized meals which were served by very pleasant staff. Will definitely stay there again."

"Andrew and Michelle are wonderful hosts and go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable - great hospitality. The hotel is well-situated, just a short walk to the shops and across from the beach. Free parking is available around the side of the hotel, but the spaces are tight - just something to bear in mind when driving there. Amazing breakfast! Clean and nice rooms, with tea, coffee and a kettle, and a lovely sea view. I would happily stay here again."

"Cosy, clean and quiet. Spent a lovely night at Brooks' with a small fountain gently bubbling outside my window, in a well-kept and extremely comfortable room. The bathroom was clean and tidy too. Super-central. I didn't have breakfast but it looked great when I walked through as I left. All the pictures give a good indication of the guesthouse, and the staff were really chilled and helpful. Great friendly service, and they wanted to make sure that everything was as it should be. Heading...

"Great location to explore central Bristol especially if seeing anyone at the university. Limited parking available but good value in comparison to the nearby multi storey. Yes it’s a tired old property. But it is what it is. Clean sheets and towels. Hot water etc. a bit dated and needing an upgrade but so are many places. Good selection of tea and fresh ground coffee in your room. Fans for then it’s hot. Recommended but don’t expect a 4 star hotel. It’s a great little 3 star and perfectly...

"Nice p area by river. No shops nearby. No staff .0ther than 1 person helped me get room. Never saw him again . Couldnt get tv to work and ajdjacent rooms particularly above mine noisy also noise outside.No local information. Poor value ."
